You were stamped “WORTHY” on the day of your arrival. You didn’t need to do anything other than make your way onto the scene be it kicking, screaming or in silence. You were gifted with the ability to love and a reason for being here. The Divine placed your precious purpose deep inside you, so it’s always with you even when you think you’ve lost it or someone else is trying to hide it from you. On day one, you were fresh, pure energy and power capable of sending your own personal ripples out into the universe with a bang. Miraculously, your tiny body came packaged with a light of love that reflects the face of the Divine – a light so strong not even the worst forces can touch it or extinguish its power. You arrived knowing that if you remember to look for the face of the Divine in all you see, you’ll have a much easier time radiating the light found within you.
On the day of your birth fresh from the sky, you were equipped with everything you needed to grow, connect and love. You didn’t worry if you were good enough or deserving of love. You remembered earning the “WORTHY” stamp for just being born. You didn’t enviously or pridefully compare yourself to other babies or try to be something you’re not. Right before you landed in your teeny body, the Divine had just reminded you of your worth, your value and your ability to love and be loved. You were shown the infinite well of magic coming from your light ready and able to leave its mark on this world even when the world you entered wasn’t ready for it. You understood the power of this well filled with magic and love.
On the day of your birth you knew you measured up and had all you needed to complete your task. Your one-of-a-kind cells multiplied to organize an orchestra of gifts and just enough challenges playing off-key to keep you humble. The music in you is your purpose that works in harmony with others’ songs to make beautiful sounds that heal, connect, disarm fear and create more love. On that day, you knew you were a miracle in the making doing the best you can with what you’ve been given and that was enough. You had no other choice than to be who you were born to be so you could live out your purpose and compliment the light of others.
If your reception into the world wasn’t what any soul would deserve, then work hard to stay close to your light and give yourself what you deserve. Try to remember you came to this world strong in spirit because the Divine had just filled your cup to the brim from the infinite pool of knowing, truth and love. Use this memory to keep you in the fight for self-love, self-awareness and self-compassion. Learn to tap into your own wellspring of knowing and keep your cup handy to drink from the love poured out to you by those willing to hear you, see you and love you unconditionally. You premiered ready to connect with the world and make a difference in the lives of the people around you. Let safe, loving people do that for you too.
On the day you were born, you were oblivious to what the world told you about who you are or who you were meant to be. You didn’t make any money, act in ways to fit in, please others or worry about making a mistake. You cried, slept, stretched, peed and pooped and waited for the miracle of your life to unfold knowing you were worthy of it. Recall now that moment you were born, ready to go. Happy Birthday my friend.

- Close yourself eyes and remind yourself of your worth and birthright by breathing in light. What do you feel, see and/or hear?
- Do you feel a Divine power outside or inside of you? If so, where do you see it? How does it speak to you? How does that power remind you of your worth?
- How does enviously or pridefully comparing yourself to others affect your feelings of worth? Why?
- What hinders you from drinking from your infinite well of love embedded in your light? Do you see that as an act of self-compassion? Why/why not? What keeps you from sharing that cup with others?
- What thoughts, intentions and actions might you practice to keep your light radiant and help you find your purpose and/or keep you aligned with it?
